Get the National Dex and see 4 rare pokemon - To get the national pokedex, you have to see all 210 pokemon (don't worry you don'thave to catch em!) then go to prof. Rowan's Lab, talk to him and Oak will run in and upgrade your pokedex. However, Oak checks your pokedex a little...
